The research is unambiguous: caregiver distress travels directly to the patient. More emergency visits, more hospitalizations, higher costs, worse outcomes. Nembry is assembling a founding advisory board of six—across pediatric palliative care, clinical psychology, rare disease advocacy, children's hospital leadership, health technology, and philanthropy. The commitment is light: roughly eight to ten hours a year. The influence is not.
